Dr Vicki MattiazzoB.App.Sc., BMBS (Hons), FRACGP General PractictionerVicki moved with her family to Jindabyne in January 2015, to work in the practice while Dr Newman was on her sabbatical. As it goes too often, her family decided that Jindabyne was the place to be, and they stayed on. Vicki in now owner of the practice. Vicki is an eperienced GP, with qualifications in Emergency Medicine, Paediatrics and Women's Health, as well as experience in musculoskeletal medicine and injury management after working for the Austrailian Defence Force in Darwin. |
Dr Tristyn LoweMBBS BA/BSC FRACGP General PractitionerTristyn came to Jindabyne in January 2013 from Northern NSW. Originally born in Canberra, Tristyn has a keen interest in outdoor activities including mountainbiking, kayaking and horse riding. After competing on the world stage in equestrian sports for 10 years, Tristyn has a special interest in sports medicine paediatrics and general family practice. Following her GP training in the Snowy Mountains, Tristyn decided to stay in Jindabyne and continues to work with us. Tristyn is a GP supervisor for GP Synergy.

Dr Cath NewmanMBBS FRACGP MMed(Skin Cancer) General PractitionerCath is a long standing Jindabyne GP who first moved to the area in 1995. She gained a Masters Degree in Skin Cancer from the University of Queensland in 2013 and in recent times has begun to focus her practice on skin cancer detection and treatment and has established the "Elements Skin Clinic' which operates from within the practice. Orginally from South Africa, Cath returns to Southern Africa for a couple of months each year to do volunteer work. She has an interest in MindBody Medicine and teaches Mindfulness Meditation in the local community. Cath is a GP Regsitrar Supervisor affliated with GP Synergy. |

Dr Aqsa Ali
MBBS BPharm MWomHMed General Practitioner RegistrarOriginally from Sydney, Aqsa has joined our practice as a GP Registrar to continue her training towards becoming a Specialist General Practitioner. She trained as a doctor at Monash University and commenced her medical career at Westmead Hospital before joining the Royal Hospital for Women to complement her Masters of Women’s Health Medicine. More recently, she has travelled around the country locuming as an Emergency Medicine Registrar and looks forward to continuing her adventures and love of outdoor activities. She has a special interest in women’s health, paediatric and general emergency medicine.

Dr Garn Cooper
BMBS (FUSA) EMD General Practitioner Originally from Tasmania, Garn has joined the practice to undertake his GP training after spending the last fifteen years working in Central Australia specialising in Emergency Medicine - particulary in Alice Springs.
Garn's experience in emergency medicine will be a valuable addition to the practice particularly in the winter months. He has an interest in bushwalking and outdoor activities and will enjoy the cooler weather. |
